During this class you will cozy into your practice with small amount of freeing movements. This will encourage the full relaxation response, physically, mentally, and emotionally. You will be guided through a body scan then submerged into meditation assisted by the harmonic resonance of the healing sound bowls. These harmonic vibrations will support your body to break up with any dis-ease trapped within the body, mind and energy field. Expect to leave feeling open to embrace the present, allowing you to find a state of inner peace. The harmony of the Tibetan bowls and Crystal bowls help to guide you into a deep meditative state that helps liberates you from tension, stress, anxiety, and brings balance to your throughout body, mind, and soul.
