Step into a sanctuary where the world melts away and your spirit is invited home. Where the therapeutic symphony of vibrations and frequencies of healing instruments gently guide you on a pilgrimage inward to a deep state of relaxation and release. As you lie down in a posture of surrender and rest, you are enveloped in a tapestry of living sound.
We will begin with individual energy clearings in our Sacred Tibetan mother Bowl to clear and realign your energy. We then move into a sacred Cacao ceremony to further open your spiritual being and heart to receive the healing vibrations of the instruments.
We will invite you to lay down and get comfortable with your pillow and blanket on your yoga mat.
(We will provide you with an eye mask.)
You will then experience a guided meditation to lead you into the hour-long Sacred Sound Bath. At the conclusion of the sound bath you will be gently invited back and led through a grounding exercise to leave you feeling well balanced and connected to Mother Earth.
Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a Yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for your comfort, we will provide you with eye masks.
