Sound Bites: Gastronomy & Sound Experience

Join us for an unforgettable night of flavor and music at Sounds Bites, a one-of-a-kind pop-up event hosted by local chef and recent Food Network competitor Bria George of @biyasbites! Set in the cozy, craft-inspired atmosphere of Young American Hard Cider and Tasting Room in Germantown, Philadelphia, this event will take your palate on an 18-course journey like no other.

Each plate will feature a trio of bites, giving you a taste of 6 uniquely curated dishes, from bold bruschettas to decadent delights. That's 18 distinct flavor profiles—all perfectly paired with 6 artisanal ciders from Young American Hard Cider and Tasting Room. While a recommended cider pairing will accompany each plate, you’ll also have the option to purchase your preferred ciders at the bar throughout the night.

For an added twist, DJ Matigeo of @rooftopsounds will be setting the mood by changing up the vibe with new tunes for every course, creating an immersive experience that aligns the rhythm of the music with the energy of each dish.
