Sound Bath~ Full Moon

Set your intentions with the full moon as you are immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, improvisational vocals, and drum. Renew your connection to self and spirit as you allow yourself to be carried on the wave of sound and song.

Celebrate your own healing and wellness and embrace your purpose and joy as you reset and rebalance your nervous system.

~ We will begin with a short, guided meditation to set our intentions with the full moon.

~ You will lie on the floor in a heated yoga studio.

~ Please wear comfortable clothing

~ Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye covering and anything that will make you comfortable.

~ I will create a musical experience as I play the bowls and drums that will guide you on a healing journey.

~ We will end with a moment of silence to let you deeply rest, relax, and restore.
