We will not overbook our space.Join us for a deeply restorative experience designed to support nervous system regulation, grounding, and energetic balance. You'll experience a full sound immersion with reiki channeled through the vibrational tones and frequencies. This is a uniquely supportive, trance-like experience, where your only job is to rest and receive.
Crystal singing bowls, vocalization, chakra chimes, gong, wave drums, and other instruments weave a meditative sound experience to help you quiet the mind, release stress, and invite you to recalibrate the mind-body connection.
Remember to bring a yoga mat, eye pillow, and any other comfort items you wish to have (i.e. pillow, blanket, water).
Please leave personal items locked in your car.
No experience needed. Come as you are—lie down, breathe, and receive.
What to bring: comfortable clothing + yoga mat
Optional comfort items: blanket, pillow, eye mask, floor cushion
Accessibility: If you require special seating, please bring what you need and set up along a wall to keep walkways clear.
Arrival: If the multipurpose room doors are closed upon arrival, a prior session may still be in progress. Please remove your shoes and wait quietly until doors open (no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled session).
