These will incorporate different sound instruments including Himalayan Bowls, Wind Gongs, Crystal Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Shamanic Drums, which have a unique ability to relax and calm the nervous system. This will bring your mind into the Alpha and Theta pattern, which is the restful and creative state.
