Healing Harmony creates a unique improvisational sound scape with crystal and metal singing bowls, her handmade deer skin drum, and vocals to guide you on a transformational journey into the light.

Celebrate your own healing and wellness and embrace your purpose and joy as you reset and rebalance your nervous system.

~ We will begin with a short, guided meditation to set our intentions.

~ You will lie on the floor in a heated yoga studio.

~ Please wear comfortable clothing.

~ Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering, and anything that will make you comfortable and safe.

~ Healing Harmony will create a musical experience as I play the bowls and drums that will guide you on a healing journey.

~ We will end with a moment of silence to let you deeply rest, relax, and restore.
