Sound Bath ~ Imbolc

Join Healing Harmony to celebrate IMBOLC the halfway point between solstice and equinox and the first signs of spring. Honoring the rebirth of the sun it is a festival of light and traditionally involved fire to invoke the warmth of summer. With these first signs of growth, we allow ourselves to envision our own potential for growth. It is an invitation for hope and seeing the potential in all the seeds we have planted and nurtured during the dark days of winter.

Enjoy a 60 minute sound healing experience with crystal singing bowls, improvisational vocals, and drumming. Renew your connection to self and spirit as you allow yourself to be carried on the wave of sound and song.

Celebrate the return of the light and your own potential as you are embraced by these healing vibrations.

~ We will begin with a short, guided meditation to set our intentions.

~ You will lie on the floor in a heated yoga studio.

~ Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that will make you comfortable – (pillows, yoga mat, blankets)

~ I will create a musical experience as I play the bowls and drums that will guide you on a healing journey.

~ We will end with a moment of silence to let you deeply rest, relax, and restore.
