Join us for our very first Sound Bath event on Saturday, 5th October.

Escape the hustle and bustle of London and unwind with us.

Immerse yourself in the soothing waves of sound at a transformative sound bath event with Killian Campbell, founder of @saoirsebrand ☺️
Relax and unwind as the harmonious tones of singing bowls and gongs wash over you, promoting deep relaxation and inner peace.

The event will begin with a calming 30-minute Yoga Nidra session with Viola to prepare your body and mind for a deep relaxation.
Once you are fully relaxed, let the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and gongs transport you to a realm of calm and tranquility.

Afterward, stay a little longer and enjoy a selection of pastries, herbal teas and/or coffee.
