Join Jessica from Reform for an evening of restoration in the peaceful surroundings of the Fig House.
As the sun sets, the space will glow with candlelight, providing the perfect setting for a deeply relaxing sound bath experience. Jessica will guide you through a meditative journey using crystal singing bowls, sensory instruments, and her soothing vocals.
This immersive practice is designed to release tension, realign focus and leave you feeling balanced in mind and body. After the workshop there will be time for socialising and a bramble cocktail will be served.
