Sound Bath with Wah!

Wah's first sound bath in our new location - 531 Encinitas Blvd. Suite 107 (across the street from Soul of Yoga).

Crystal bowls, chimes and soothing sound samples help you relax. Wah!'s guided imagery helps you repattern your emotions and physiology. Wah! is a world-renowned musician who has been teaching and performing for over 25 years. Her meditative tools soothe anxiety and release overstimulation of the mind and nervous system.

MAXIMUM 15 participants. We are keeping this small and intimate for the highest energy. Ticketed guests only; no door sales. This venue has FLOOR seating; please bring mat or cushions if you wish to lie down. Some props will be available too. Do to limited tickets, we can't honor refund requests made less than 24 hours before the event.

Bio: Wah! has been using sound as a healing tool for 40 years. She was born into a musical family and graduated from Oberlin College/Conservatory with a Performing Arts Degree and a minor in Vocal Studies. She explored African, Indian, and Western folk and jazz music and became one of the pioneers of kirtan (mantra chanting) in the West. Her meditative music is used around the world, her Savasana CDs are bestsellers. For 10 years Wah! performed her multi-media Healing Concert in planetariums, theaters and churches, helping audiences relax and open to healing.
