Join us for a transformative evening of deep relaxation and healing through sound, led by Samer Ghadry (@tone_center @samerghadry). Samer weaves an acoustic space with vocals, shrutibox, tuning forks, large and small tamtams (gongs), several singing bowls, handheld crystal instruments, shakers, bells, and chimes. This expansive and beautiful sonic experience leaves one in a state of deep satisfaction and mega-relaxation, like a miraculous sort of micro-vacation. Many participants often feel as though just 10 minutes have passed, finding themselves nearly glued to the floor in ecstasy.

The soothing vibrations will help clear your mind, balance your energy, and promote inner peace, leaving you refreshed and revitalized. Whether you're new to sound healing or a seasoned practitioner, this session is open to all.

Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for sound meditation. Mats and props will be provided. To maintain a peaceful environment, we ask that you refrain from bringing cellular devices into the studio during the workshop.
