Sound Bath with Reiki (Fresno, CA)

We will guide you through breathwork, followed by a relaxing Sound Bath during which you will receive individual Reiki Energy Healing from Hannah. Hannah will spend 5-7 minutes giving Reiki to each person and leave you with a personalized written message. Even if you are a beginner or have never been to a Sound Bath or had Reiki, this is for YOU. We create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for all.

ABOUT THE SOUND BATH

The sound waves (produced by a beautiful combination of several crystal singing bowls, a gong, a wave drums, koshi and flow chimes) will guide your mind and body toward deep physical & mental peace. This soothing experience will help you turn inward and connect with your deeper self, while also reducing stress, easing anxiety, and improving insomnia.

WHAT IS REIKI?

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by a hands on approach and aids in activating your life force energy (which lives in everything ) to flow. Hannah acts as a conduit to bring this flow through your body and self.

WHAT TO BRING/WEAR?

Plan to wear the most comfortable clothing possible, and bring blankets, pillows, socks...whatever you may need to get cozy. Your only job will be to lay down and relax!
