Sound Bath with Reiki

Experience deep relaxation and inner healing with our Soundbath with Reiki session. This immersive experience combines Sound Therapy and Reiki energy work to support your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Let the soothing vibrations guide you into a state of deep meditation and renewal.

🌿 What to Expect:

• A safe, welcoming space for deep relaxation
• A small group setting, either sitting or lying down comfortably
• A guided session beginning with intention-setting, followed by the sound bath
• Unique experiences for each participant—some feel deep peace, while others may have visualizations or emotional breakthroughs

🔹 What to Bring:

• A yoga mat, blanket, and any desired head support (towel, small pillow, etc.)
• Loose, comfortable clothing (including warm socks) for maximum coziness
