Sound Bath with Rebecca @ Intra- Willway Yard

Join Rebecca at Intra- Willway Yard on Thursday 19th February 2026 at 19:30 for an immersive sound experience.

Come and rest alongside the magical sounds of crystal singing bowls, the Mars gong, chimes, rattles and drums.

This in-person event offers a unique opportunity to rest in community, to connect back to yourself and find balance in mind, body, and spirit.

Please arrive around 10 minutes early so you can settle in before the start at 7:30pm. The door will be locked just before 7:30pm and I won’t be able to let anyone in after this time.

Things to bring:

Mats, bolsters and blankets will be provided but feel free to bring anything extra like pillows or hot water bottles for extra coziness ❤️

Contraindications

Sound healing is not suitable for:

Those with sound induced epilepsy

During the first 12 weeks of pregnancy

While sound healing can be beneficial for mental health, those living with Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder or PTSD should consult with their doctor before attending a sound bath.
