Join us for a relaxing sound bath experience that will soothe your mind and body. You'll be surrounded by healing vibrations from crystal bowls, gongs, and other instruments. Feeling extra in need of balance? We offer optional Reiki to deepen your relaxation and energy flow. This is an in-person event where you can unwind, recharge, and let go of stress.
