A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to NURTURE YOUR MIND AND BODY.

Sound bath is an ancient healing modality that dates back more than 2,000 years ago. Human have always used sound to heal the emotional, spiritual and physical bodies.

Join Karen Ahmanson, an amazing beautiful sound healing artist, as she connects your soul to breath, stillness and relaxation through the beautiful healing rhythms of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, drums and more.
