Sound bath with Emily at The Station

A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body experience that intentionally uses sound vibration for gentle, yet powerful, therapeutic and restorative processes for the mind, body and spirit.You will lay down or be in a comfortable seated position. I will guide you through intentional breathing. The sounds are created by a variety of overtone-emitting instruments including crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, and her voice.
