Sound Bath with Denise Intuitive Healer

WE’VE GOT A BIG EVENT COMING UP ON OCTOBER 8TH…

The Juice Bar will be hosting a BODY-MIND-SPIRIT Wellness Event 9am-8pm.

We are pleased to have Denise offering her healing services via sound bath on location at 12 pm on Saturday, October 8th.

** A sound meditation, often called “sound bath” is an ancient practice dating back more than 2,000 years with roots in Tibet. It’s a form of meditation that guides listeners into a deep state of relaxation using the sounds and vibrations from instruments.

During this session you’ll be guided through a breathing practice that will allow you to release any tension and will leave you ready to receive all the vibration created with the instruments.

You can expect 50 minutes of pure sound created with crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments.

Each note you hear in a sound bath has a purpose; there is intention behind every note and every sequence.

Session’s Length: 60 minutes, 50 minutes of sounds, guided breathing at the beginning, and some minutes at the end to share about our experience.

What to bring for this session:

Yoga Mat, Pillow, Light blanket, Eye Pillow (optional).
