Sara will perform ear acupuncture or 6 chakra acupuncture points on those interested. Then the afternoon will continue with a singing bowls performance using 9 frosted quartz crystal singing bowls, gong, drum, different chimes, and other instruments. Please bring yoga mat and pillow. Optional: cozy blanket.

Note: For those who will pass on the acupuncture, ear seeds can be placed on one ear to stimulate the vagus nerve to relax.
