Sound Bath with Bodhini and David

Relax with gongs, singing bowls, drums, and sacred chants.

Join Bodhini and David and enjoy a meditative and relaxing experience resting in the hypnotic sounds of the gongs, singing bowls, drum, sacred chants and other soothing sounds.

We will begin with a guided meditation to initiate the deep relaxation process, followed by the sound bath.

No previous meditation experience required.
