Our hearts hold powerful healing energy and when we direct our heart energy into our hands we can fill our body and cells with light. This powerful sound bath I will guide simple Self Reiki techniques with a deep understanding we all can access the energy to heal and take the power back to ourselves. Giving you accessible tools that can be done anywhere and anytime, making it a convenient self-care tool.

I'm a certified yoga teacher, certified sound healer and reiki master with 8 years of combined experience. I'm passionate about serving and helping others to grow, heal and become the best version of themselves.
I believe in the power of holistic healing and the profound impact it can have on an individual's well-being. My journey has allowed me to witness countless transformations, and each one reaffirms my commitment to this path.
Through yoga, I guide my students to connect deeply with their bodies and minds, fostering a sense of peace and inner strength. Sound healing introduces them to the therapeutic vibrations that can harmonize their energy fields, promoting relaxation and emotional release. Reiki, on the other hand, channels universal life force energy to balance and rejuvenate their spirit.
