FREE EVENT FOR AGES 12+NMTS is excited to host a 60-minute sound bath with Nicole Schembre, brought to you by the National Alliance on Mental Illness Northern Nevada (Washoe County).
No experience necessary!
Participants will be lying (or sitting) on the floor, so please bring your own mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask, and/or any other items that bring you comfort.
