Relax to the sounds and vibrations of Crystal Sound Bowls. Join Susan Forche for a 45 minute relaxing Sound Experience hosted by The Mercantile at Three Crosses. Bring your own yoga mat, a pillow or a throw - whatever will make you most comfortable as we will relax on the back deck of The Mercantile. Physical requirements: You must be able to get down on the deck, lay flat and get back up again.
