Sound Bath: The Sacral Chakra

The sacral chakra governs creative expression, emotions, intuition and sensuality. Sound healing techniques will be used to craft a sound journey using Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, drums, a gong, ocean pan and koshi chimes. The intention will be to balance this energy center.

Doors open at 6:40, show starts promptly at 7:00 with the doors locking at 7:15. Give ample time to find parking and setting up your space in the studio. The event is upstairs at Balance Studio. Bring a yoga mat, pillow and anything needed for maximum comfort. There are some bolsters, chairs and blankets are provided by the venue. Balance Studio requires a vax card, this is not a choice of the event organizer. There are options for non vaccinated people, please contact for infomation.
