Sound Bath: The Crown Chakra

The crown chakra is the chakra associated with bliss, enlightenment and divine love. The layout of the crystal and Himalayan singing bowls with create the symbol of the Caduceus, the two intertwined snakes used as the symbol in medicine. This energy will flow upwards towards the crown chakra, with the intention to balance this energy center.

Doors open at 6:40, show starts promptly at 7:00 with the doors locking at 7:15. Give ample time to find parking and setting up your space in the studio. The event is upstairs at Balance Studio, which is a yellow house across the street from Theo Chocolate. Bring a yoga mat, pillow, eye pillow and anything needed for maximum comfort. There are some bolsters, chairs and blankets are provided by the venue.
