Join us for a soothing 30-minute sound bath, followed by a relaxing cup of tea. Whether outdoors in nature or in the comfort of the Sanctuary workshop space, this experience is designed to help you unwind, reflect, and connect.

What to Bring:

Outdoors: Enjoy the sound bath surrounded by the beauty of nature (weather permitting).
In the Workshop: Zero-gravity chairs (325 lb max) will be provided for your comfort.
