Sound Bath Sundays @ Markham Park

Welcome to Sound Bath Sundays @ Markham Park! Join us for a rejuvenating experience surrounded by nature at Markham Park. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of bamboo wind chimes, rain stick, crystal singing bowls and crystal pyramid as you relax and unwind. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned meditator, this event is perfect for anyone looking to destress and find inner peace. Come and recharge your Mynd-Bodhi-Sol with us on Sundays at Markham Park!

What to expect:

We begin our session with simple breathwork, intention-setting,  and a moment of meditation, which will lead us into a soothing vibrational symphony. We end with a soft bell to slowly bring us back. Then some more deep breaths and stretches. You may share your experience if you like, what you may have felt or gained from this experience.

What to bring:

• Your favorite yoga mat, gravity chair or blanket to lay on
• Pillow
• Sheet (may not be necessary for outdoors)
• A pair of socks to keep your feet warm. Feet tend to get cold when you shift into parasympathetic mode (rest)
• Eye masks are encouraged as they create an enhanced experience. (Available for purchase at event for $1. (EXACT Cash only)
• Your favorite water bottle to keep hydrated
• Last but not least... Please come with an open heart and mind, and a willingness to to let go and surrender to the power and potential healing benefits of vibrational sound therapy. Sound baths can bring so many positive benefits into your life.
