What Are Sound Bath Sundays?

The last Sunday of the month offers the perfect pause point—a chance to honor the experiences and lessons of the month behind us, clarify our focus for the journey ahead, and restore our energy before stepping into a potentially busy month-end week.

These monthly gatherings provide a sacred container for deep rest, community connection, and intentional transition. Through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and guided meditation, we create space to release what no longer serves, integrate what we've learned, and set our intentions for what's emerging.

Whether you're a regular sound bath enthusiast or new to the practice, Sound Bath Sundays offer a consistent monthly ritual to ground yourself, reconnect with your center, and move forward with clarity and calm.

What to Expect

6:15 PM - Doors open - arrive, settle in, and create your nest
7:00-8:00 PM - Crystal bowl sound journey (50 minutes)
8:00 PM - Gentle closing and integration

What to Bring:

• Mat (highly recommended)
• Blanket, pillow, and eye covering (recommended)
• Journal and pen (optional)
• Anything to make you most comfortable for 60 minutes of stillness
• Extra layers—you'll be still longer than you think!

Creating Your Nest:

Our goal is everyone comfortable with good space flow. Position your mat in rows making best use of space for all attendees. Build your comfort layers: mat base, blanket on top or on you, pillow for head, optional eye covering.

Most people lie flat on their backs - this allows the sound vibrations to move through your whole body and supports optimal relaxation. You'll be still for 60 minutes, so layer more warmth than you think you need!

Consider your neighbors and leave enough space so everyone can stretch out fully.

Don't want to lie down? Plenty of soft alternative seating is available.

The Setting

We gather in Gravity's warm Event Center—a spacious, comfortable sanctuary perfect for deep rest and community connection. The space features a warming fireplace, soft lighting, cozy seating options, and a welcoming atmosphere designed to help you truly let go.

Investment

Pay-as-you-can pricing: Suggested $5-20, no minimum required. We believe healing practices should be accessible to all. If you're unable to afford a donation, you are welcome to join us with no expectations or questions asked. All contributions support quality programming and fair facilitator compensation.
