NCO Gallery invites you to experience sound in dialogue with contemporary art.
Held inside our contemporary gallery at The Square, this guided 75-minute session with Brian Eubanks offers an immersive environment designed to calm the nervous system, expand awareness and encourage reflection. Surrounded by rotating contemporary works, the gallery becomes a creative space for reflection and restoration!
Each session includes a grounding introduction, a unique meditative sound experience using crystal singing bowls and a gentle integration period to close.
*Space is limited to preserve the intimacy of the experience.
*Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and/or pillow for your comfort.
About the Facilitator
Brian Eubanks uses sound and music as a wellness practice, and creates meditative musical soundscapes - “sound baths” - designed to enhance well-being. His passion is to explore, and share, ancient and modern technologies that enhance our personal and spiritual growth. Eubanks will use metal and crystal singing bowls, vocals, sound effects, drums, and other acoustic and electronic instruments, to take the listener on a journey that supports their own inner search for greater joy and peace in life.
