I'm very excited to be collaborating with Jodie and Lauren @ The Wellness Club Collective, Alton for my Smile Hi Sound Healing Sunday Sessions. Centrally based with easy access to parking, this breathtaking Reformer Pilates Studio is situated within this gorgeous barn conversion and has been recently renovated to provide a stunning wellness space.
Let me take you on a Sound Journey for an hour of your evening, a perfect way to wind down after a long, and busy weekend. Setting you up for a deep sleep before you start all over again! You can expect to hear the healing immersive sounds and vibrations of my Himalayan Full Moon Singing Bowls, my 28' gong and other alternative instruments.
