Sunday Sound Bath

Please join Sound Healer & Reiki Master Paula Zander to balance your mind, body and soul.

This sound bath features healing vibrations with crystal and Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, rain sticks, ocean wave drum, and more.

You will also receive the healing energy of Reiki throughout the sound bath.

What to bring:

Yoga mat, pillow/towel and a blanket or sweater to keep you warm.

We also offer comfortable chairs if preferred;

(rather than laying on the floor).
