Sound Bath - Soundscape, Langley

Join us for a Soundscape sound bath session designed to help you restore balance, release tension and re-energize, using instruments like crystal singing bowls, electric piano, rain stick and chimes. Sound bath is a gentle yet powerful practice that offers a range of benefits:

• It reduces stress, promotes relaxation, improves sleep quality and patterns,
• Supports the body’s natural healing and toxin elimination processes,​​

• Alleviates symptoms of anxiety and depression,
• Aligns chakras and energy centers,
• Helps release suppressed feelings and shift emotional blockages and more!

I intentionally work in the key of A minor, blending the warmth of crystal singing bowls with the depth of electric piano. The piano expands the frequency range, harmonically neutral and easy for the body and mind to absorb. This neutrality allows for fluidity, release, and emotional recalibration. A minor is also closely associated with the Sacral and Heart Chakras, supporting creativity, emotional flow, and connection to the self and others.

• I encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes early to settle in and prepare for the experience. Session will start at 1pm and late arrivers unfortuantely will not be able to join.
• Each session is approximately one hour and 10 minutes.

With 30 years of experience as a pianist, music has been my lifelong companion, and over the years, it has become not just a form of expression but a tool for profound healing and connection.
As a sound bath facilitator, I draw on my spiritual journey and my love for helping others to craft immersive soundscapes that nurture the mind, body, and soul. I believe sound is a universal language, capable of restoring balance, releasing tension, and guiding us to a place of inner peace. My intention is to help you relax, realign, and rediscover your natural state of harmony.

This session is perfect for anyone, whether you’re new to soundbaths or a returning guest. Come as you are, and let the soothing sounds guide you to a place of peace and harmony.
