Sound Bath/Sound Healing Ceremony

Come join Amanda on Sunday Feb 26th for a ceremonial sound bath. Feb 26th is in Pisces season. The season of Pisces is known to be a time to tap into our deep feelings, intuition, and wisdom. It’s a time to surrender to the flow. Awakening these parts of ourselves can help us open up to what we need to focus on this upcoming year, and to tap into what our natural flow is, that way we can be in most alignment with ourselves. Tapping into these parts of us, helps us to be compassionate with ourselves and others. After opening with breath work and intention setting; guided meditation will follow along with crystal singing bowls playing. The different pitches from the vibrational sounds of the bowls will not only put you into a meditative relaxed state, but can help clear and unblock chakras helping them come into alignment. The bowls, the deep steady sound of the medicine drum, Amanda singing voice, and the light/calming pitch of the tongue drum can draw your focus away from the physical and can allow deep spiritual healing to occur.
