4 class series | Mondays, June 3rd - 24th | 7 pm - 8 pm | Virgin Radio 99 Studio | $80 all sessions | $25 per session for drop-in | $35 cash at the door

Immerse yourself in a sensory masterpiece with a transformative sound bath led by the skilled sound healer, Karlee Rose. Settle into a cozy position as quartz crystal singing bowls, accompanied by voice activations & other mystical instruments, gently guide you from your mind to your body. Feel the resonating vibrations permeate your being & bring a profound sense of relaxation & inner peace.


Embrace her gentle invitations of self-healing practices to quiet the monkey mind, deepen self-awareness, heal, & connect to your body.


As the session progresses, find yourself effortlessly slipping into a meditative state, fully present & utterly relaxed. Beyond just relaxation, this experience offers a journey of self-discovery and invitations for self-healing, addressing stress, anxiety, depression, & physical ailments, and promoting overall wellness.


Joining us for the whole series ensures you will notice your transformation week by week. Every session is intuitively guided & one-of-a-kind.


Participants need to bring the following: a yoga mat or blanket (something to lay on)

Extras: blankets, pillow, bolster, extra layers, water, tea, or a journal.
