Join Buddhi Yoga & Nick Mann every other month for Sound Bath Saturday!A sound bath with Nick is an immersive and blissful experience like no other.
You will be welcomed and settled in with gentle movement and breath work. Then it is time to be taken on a wonderful journey through a kaleidoscopic of sounds. Experience instruments such as crystal singing bowls, traditional Tibetan bowls, bells, chimes, gongs, didgeridoos, drums, and more. When you feel the instruments being played directly over you, it can lend itself beautifully to feelings of deep peace and well-being. Realizations and insights are common.
Our intention is that you get what you are seeking, giving you a cathartic experience. Sound has been used for thousands of years in humanity to assist to soothe, purify, and harmonize our entire being. At the conclusion of the sound bath Nick will expertly bring you back with unifying breath work and stretches.
