Sound Bath Reiki

Join us for an evening of surrendering into the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls while being gently held in the energy of group Reiki.
Crystal singing bowls are known to calm the mind, soften emotional tension, and create space for inner awareness, release, and restoration. Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy practice that supports physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Together, these experiences weave a sacred container of peace, balance, harmony, and deep energetic renewal.
A meditation pillow and blanket will be provided. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and anything else that calls to you for comfort and support, as you will be resting on a bamboo floor during the experience.
The evening is lovingly hosted by Beth Bersot and Jenny Shanks.
