Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of Trish's sound bath while you experience the healing energy of Reiki administered by Daniella. This in-person event will help you relax, recharge, and realign your mind, body, and spirit. Don't miss this opportunity to treat yourself to a blissful afternoon of self-care and wellness.

Come prepared to deeply relax, relieve stress, and begin to heal - body, mind and soul.

All levels welcome, no experience needed.

Please ensure you bring your own yoga mat as well as a blanket, pillow, waterbottle and journal if you want to be extra cozy.

About Trish (Sound Bath):

Trish is a queer, petite, introverted Black woman, sound bath facilitator, restorative yoga guide and recreation therapist. Living with anxiety, Trish discovered sound baths and restorative yoga as a way to effectively drop into a parasympathetic state to find rest, levity and a more grounded place from which to effectively tackle life’s demands. It is her hope that you find all of this in her offerings, too.

About Daniella (Reiki):

Daniella is a certified Reiki Master, intuitive healer and psychic who specializes in balancing the body's energies, releasing chakra blocks, healing emotional traumas and physical ailments, cleansing auras, and more. Daniella shares her healing gifts throughout the GTA, offering group and private Reiki treatments.
