About this Event

Suitable for 16+ years and those able to lie down or sit as preferred. Not suitable for those in 1st trimester of pregnancy or living with sound induced epilepsy.

Led by Fiona Lyburn: Fiona is certified and trained in sound therapy by the Sound Healing Academy.

Bring: a yoga mat, pillow and blanket

Arrive: 7 for 7.30pm start (no admittance after 7.20pm)
