Immerse yourself into the world of sound baths learning how to facilitate meditative experiences with sound for yourself and others.

Aligned Sound Bath Practitioner Certification/Training - Level 1

Our two days together will have many opportunities to learn and practice how to facilitate a meditative spaces with sound. The Aligned Sound Bath is focused on creating safe spaces through sound and meditation allowing your students and clients to align and realign to their being. This is about tuning into the space within using sound as a guide. Sound is a powerful meditation tool for others to cultivate a deep connection to the self.

Together We Will Explore Learn & Practice:

• The impact of meditation on the body
• Meditation techniques - how to share these practices with others
• Basic music theory - how to use sounds and musicality to ease the body into a meditative state
• Overview of instruments used in sound healing - bowls gongs chimes
• How to play quartz crystal singing bowls
• Basic gong playing techniques
• Creating a safe place for exploration
• The arc of a soundbath - bringing participants in and out of the experience
• How to pair bowls together for harmonic beautiful sound baths - how and where to buy bowls
• How to create a safe space for others to receive sound - private and group settings

Training Schedule Overview

• Saturday November 5th: 7pm-9pm Opening circle and sound bath experience with Bella
• Sunday November 6th: 9am-7pm (one-hour lunch break)
• Monday November 7th: 9am-5pm (one-hour lunch break) 6:30pm-9pm Graduation Class & Celebration

This training is filled with content and opportunities to practice. By the end of this training you will be able to facilitate meditative experiences using sound for yourself and for others. Feel confident creating safe inclusive spaces for others to explore and connect in meditation.

Graduation Class: we'll wrap our weekend immersion by hosting a celebratory graduation class experience led by the group. You will have an opportunity to play various instruments for invited family and friends culminating with passing out your Level 1 Sound Bath Facilitator certificates of completion!

Optional Sound Bath at The Integraton: the iconic Integratron is an incredible sound bath experience set in a unique desert landscape. Tickets sell out well in advance more information will be shared upon securing your spot - book early to hold your spot.

• 1:45pm - meet in Cathedral City
• 2:00pm - depart Cathedral City
• 3:00pm - arrive in Landers
• 3:30pm - Sound Bath
• 5:00pm - leave Landers
• 6:00pm - arrive in Cathedral City
• 7:00pm - opening circle & sound bath with Isabella

The Space

Our time together will be spent in a beautiful private residence in Cathedral City. Our training will primarily take place outdoors. Groups will be kept small for ample time to practice and learn in a small safe setting.

October 6th - until filled: $850
