Liz Whittall and Chris Hill, trained practitioners from the Harmony Hub in Chorley, are leading a sound bath every month at Wildwood Days. A sound bath is an outdoor meditation using gongs, Tibetan and crystal bowls, chimes, drums and other healing instruments plus the sounds of nature to help you relax. Come and enjoy this mindful experience in our beautiful woodland clearing. The tarps will be up so they’ll be plenty of shelter in case of bad weather and if it is cold we will light a camp fire.
Places are limited and you must book in advance. This is aimed at adults only although older teens can come if accompanied.
Sensible outdoor footwear (wellies or walking boots) is essential, as is a waterproof in case of rain, although we do have an outdoor shelter available and a tarped area. Some picnic rugs will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own rug or yoga mat to lie on during the session.
