Sound Bath, Mingle and Journal for 2025

This is a 90min sound bath meditation, relaxation and journaling experience. Our intention is to let our meditative state inspire us to create a powerful 2025 roadmap to be focused and honor our heart's desires this year.

Journals and pens will be provided.

Please bring your yoga mats, blankets, pillows or bolsters.

We will be seated on the floor for the most part of the event. During sound bath we can lay down or be seated. You can also bring a chair if you prefer.
