All humans have a vibrational frequency and are influenced by the transformative power of sound. Join us for a restorative journey of mindfulness, meditation, vocal activation, and sound healing. Balance the body, mind, and spirit in our entrancing sound journey! We will incorporate an array of healing instruments including singing bowls, chimes, native hand drums, rainstick, shell shakers, vocals and more. Infused with Reiki, the frequencies involved will assist with awakening, healing and aligning chakras.
