Starting with a soothing meditation, you will then lay back, indulge and allow the soothing vibrations and tones of Crystal Singing Bowls, Chinese Gong, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Tibetan Cymbals, Steel Hand Pan, Solfeggio Chimes, Koshi chimes, Native American Drum, Djembe African Drum and Kalimba to wash away any stress and tension.
