Sound Bath Meditation with Tea (Read Full Description)

Welcome to Sound Bath Meditation with Tea event! Join us for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation, this event will be held every Tuesday starting at 7:00 PM (doors are at 6:30) at 1220 Providence Rd. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs (and more!) while sipping on a warm cup of herbal tea. Let go of stress and tension as you sink into a state of deep relaxation. No experience necessary, just come with an open mind and a willingness to unwind. Chairs will be provided, but attendees are encouraged to bring anything to get comfortable (yoga mat, pillow, or blanket!).

Tickets are sliding scale of $15-$25. We accept cash, checks, and Venmo! You can pay at the door or after the event!
