This November, join Misty of Serene Wellness Studios and Autumn of The Mindful Body for a unique evening of relaxation and renewal.
In this one-hour event, Misty will guide you through an immersive sound bath meditation while Autumn offers hands-on Reiki to each participant. Together, sound and energy harmonize to support balance, ease, and nervous system regulation.
