Sound Bath Meditation with Jenny Raffield

Join us for a free, in-store sound bath class with Healing Arts Practitioner and Chopra Certified Meditation Instructor Jenny Raffield.

As we move into the spring season, it's the perfect time to reset with positive intentions. You'll be guided through sound, meditation, and breath work to bring about a sense of harmony across the mind, body, and spirit. This practice is low impact, non-invasive, and all levels and ages accessible.

We recommend bringing a yoga mat*, small pillow, and an option for a light blanket or eyemask for deeper relaxation. Light refreshments will be provided afterwards. We look forward to seeing you there!
