SOUND BATH MEDITATION WITH FARHAD (7:45 PM)
About this Event
Join Farhad for a deeply relaxing meditation and sound bath experience, offering an opportunity to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect as we move deeper into the fall season.
Farhad will guide you through an immersive journey featuring crystal bowls, gongs, handpan, and chimes. Allow the soothing vibrations of sound to support your mind and body in releasing stress and tension, calming the nervous system, and creating space for greater stillness and ease.
All props are provided, so simply arrive, settle in, and allow yourself to receive the experience. This practice is accessible to everyone—no prior experience is needed.
Please Note: Two Sound Bath Meditation sessions are offered this evening, one at 6:30 PM and one at 7:45 PM. You are welcome to attend both; however, each session requires its own registration. As space is limited, please arrive for the session time you have registered for.
