Sound Bath + Meditation for the LGBTQ+ Community

Hosted by Boudoir by Danielle + The Center Project, with the sound bath and meditation led by Sarah Hoover from Sacred Journeys, this class is being offered for free (a $10 donation to The Center Project is requested), with the intention of providing a gentle, calming, and supportive space where you can center yourself, release stress, and reconnect with a sense of peace.

Whether you are seeking comfort or simply need time to center yourself with your community, we invite you to join us for an evening of grounding and connection.

This class is free to attend, with a $10 cash donation to The Center Project requested. Donations will be collected in person, but you can also Venmo Danielle directly (@danielleworthington).

This evening is specifically for the LGBTQ+ community (18+). We ask that if you do not identify as LGBTQ+, you donate directly to The Center Project instead of attending, as spots are limited.

Please bring yoga mat and anything else that will help you feel comfortable laying on the floor, such as a throw blanket or pillow. Extra yoga mats will be available for use.

A hot tea bar will be provided.

This class will take place at Gemini Confidence Collective, located in the Crossroads Shopping Center off of Stadium and Broadway, just to the right of Planet Fitness. Go up the staircase and GCC is the first door on the left, at the top of the stairs.
