Sound Bath Meditation

Join us for a sound and Reiki immersive experience that includes breathing, humming, and body scan meditation exercises.

At this class, you'll receive a few minutes of the gentle Reiki touch therapy before immersing yourself in the sounds of a crystal singing bowl, chimes, and tingshas, as well as voice. As you take part in this relaxing journey, you'll be enveloped by sound waves and Reiki energy in a blissful experience that rejuvenates your body, mind, and spirit.

About Boshko Boskovic: Boshko Boskovic is a Reiki Master and Sound Healing Practitioner. He is the founder of Let’s Heal NYC and holds individual and group sessions at various wellness centers in New York City, including Grand Street Healing, MINKA Brooklyn, and Urban Asanas. He has worked at institutions such as the Weinberg Center for Balanced Living, Soho Works, and Brooklyn & Coler Hospital.
